In recent years, the community colleges, state colleges, and University of Nebraska campuses have begun to work together to develop “guided pathways” to help students achieve their personal, professional, and career-related goals. Guided pathways are intended to help students to be better informed about academic and curricular objectives and to know what courses they can take at a community college and then transfer to a four-year college. This session will include 25 minutes of presentation about resources and example pathways between Metropolitan Community College and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, followed by 20 minutes of Q&A to hear from K12 administrators about what information and resources might be best for their students before they graduate from high school.
