Individual and collective efficacy within a school are key components when cultivating a healthy, positive, and productive culture and climate. During this past year, we have seen now more than ever the need to ensure school districts have the tools at hand to support the well-being of educators. This interactive presentation will provide school district leaders readily available tools and a step-by-step process on how to build and sustain a culture and climate which promotes efficacy.
